For more than 27 years, Gloria O. Hammer has devoted her life to helping others discover greater balance, peace, and well-being through holistic wellness. Her remarkable journey has woven together a lifetime of creativity, movement, and healing.

Beginning her career as a professional ballet dancer, fashion model, and international designer of accessories, Gloria developed a deep appreciation for beauty, artistry, and self-expression. Her passion eventually led her to the world of natural healing, where she became a certified phyto-aromatologist, senior yoga instructor, natural perfumer, and energy-balancing practitioner.

Inspired by the healing power of nature and the belief that everything centers around energy, Gloria created The Chakra Journey in the Light™—a personalized wellness experience that blends aromatherapy, mindfulness, gentle movement, meditation, and energy awareness to help people reduce stress and reconnect with themselves.

She is also the creator of the Glorious Precious Hearts™, one-of-a-kind handcrafted gemstone hearts designed as meaningful symbols of love, healing, hope, and transformation.

Today, Gloria shares her knowledge through private consultations, group wellness experiences, weekend retreats, and public speaking. Her mission is simple: to help people awaken their inner light, restore balance to mind, body, and spirit, and embrace every stage of life with grace, beauty, and joy.
